Meet Our Staff!

R. Douglas Boggs, CLU, ChFC:
Doug established Benefits Group of Lexington in 1985. Doug is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and has earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC). He is a member of the Bluegrass Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and past president and member of the Bluegrass Estate Planning Council.

Stacey L. Mudd, SPHR:
Stacey is a graduate of Midway College and has over 20 years of employee benefits and human resources experience in both profit and non-profit organizations. Stacey is a member of the local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and was past president of the Bluegrass Compensation Association. Stacey is a licensed health and life agent and a member of the Central Kentucky Health Underwriters Association

Rachael Mefford:
Rachael is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Marketing. She has had experience in the financial industry as well as the health care industry including experience with physician practices. She is a licensed health and life insurance agent as well as a member of the Central Kentucky Health Underwriters Association.

Donna Lancaster:
Donna has over 10 years experience as an Account Executive in the health insurance industry. Donna is a licensed health and life agent and a member of the Central Kentucky Health Underwriters Association.
